The Iron Warriors Motorcycle Club (IWMC), first named the Wild Pigs Motorcycle Club (WPMC), began in 1987 in the San Jose,
California area, by police officers who owned Harley Davidson motorcycles, and who loved to ride with like-minded people. The WPMC offered membership
to active and retired law enforcement officers and firefighters. The Iron Warriors continues this tradition of membership to active and retired public safety
professionals, who own and ride V-twin motorcycles made by American-owned companies. The Iron Warriors Motorcycle Club (IWMC) has over 34 chapters in 18 states,
with approximately 600+ members. The IWMC is an independent nonprofit organization.

The Sacramento Chapter meets the third Saturday of every month at 9 AM at Ernie's of Lake Tahoe -
707 E. Bidwell St. in Folsom, CA. We usually have a short lunch run after our meeting.
The Sacramento Chapter hosts a fund-raising motorcycle run in November around Veteran's Day. Proceeds for this run are donated to the Veteran's Home in Yountville. You can read

2008 Vet's Run update
The 19th Annual Veteran's Run was a huge success. We raised about $6000.00 for the Veteran's at the home in Yountville. The residents loved visiting with us, looking at all the
bikes, and some won raffle prizes. The weather cooperated, and the rain didn't start until after everyone ate and started to trickle home. Our band, Harlee and the Sugar Daddies, did
a fabulous rendition of the Star Spangled Banner and a tribute to all branches of the service by singing a montage of their theme songs.
A BIG THANKS TO ALL THOSE RIDERS WHO ATTENDED! YOU ARE WHAT MAKES THIS A SUCCESS AND A TRIBUTE TO THOSE WHO SERVED!
